  1. Can I buy a mask and use it without filters?
    Our Masks are triple layered dense cotton. You can buy a mask and use it with or without a filter.
  2. What are the benefits of using a filter?
    Adding a filter to a face mask will offer extra protection to the wearer 
  3. Can filters be washed?
    No, filters are disposable and should only be used once.
  4. How often Should I change my filter?
    This depends on the person and area, but the general guidelines for filters are for once a day use.
  5. What are some key features of the mask?
    Our Masks are Triple Layered High Dense Cotton, With an adjustable Nose Strap, Filter Slot and adjustable Ear Loops. As long as being very stylish!
  6. How will I know if my mask is shipped and on its way?
    Once your mask is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info.
  7. Do you ship internationally?
    Currently we only ship to the United states.
  8. Do you refund shipping fees?
    No, we do not refund shipping fees.
  9. I received a defective mask , what do I do?
    Please send us a picture of your mask at Support@86York.com, and we will replace it for you asap.
  10. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and Paypal
  11. How do I wash my mask?
    Preferably Hand Wash and Air Dry, but machine wash is acceptable and you can expect about a 5% Shrink rate in the Machine. 
  12. What sizes do your masks come in?
    Our masks come in 4 Standard Sizes, Kids, Small, Regular and Large
  13. What is your returns policy?
    If your mask has not been worn, we offer a 15 day return policy. But we will not provide a pre-paid return label.
  14. Are these masks suitable for children as well?
    Yes , we have masks in kids’ sizes.

  16. Can I make changes to my order ? ( e.g. address)
    Please send us an email immediately at Support@86York.com and we’ll do our best to help you make changes.
  17. Can I cancel my order?
    We try to process orders immediately after placing it, so there is a very short  window to cancel the order.
  18. Where are your masks made?
    We have workshops in the United States, Canada, Vietnam and China. All our masks are inspected together and shipped out of California.
